CANCELLATION POLICY

Savannah Aesthetics requires an updated card to be on file along with a deposit of 50% of the service total. If appointment is canceled before the 24 hour window, the deposit will be moved ONCE for the rescheduled appointment. If initial appointment is canceled or no showed within the 24 hour window, the deposit is lost and another deposit will be required to rebook another appointment. If there is no card on file/ deposit paid when a client cancels in the 24 hour window, the client will be required to pay 50% of service total before booking another appointment. Cancellation policies may seem harsh, but this our way of life 🖤
