CANCELLATION POLICY

Savannah Aesthetics requires a valid card to be on file along with a 50% retainer that goes toward appointment total. If notified before 24 hours of scheduled time, clients may reschedule as many times as needed. Same day cancellation or no shows will be charged an additional 50%. If there is no card on file/ retainer paid when a client cancels in the 24 hour window, the client will be banned from booking and required to pay 50% of service total before booking another appointment. No exceptions under any circumstance. This may seem harsh, but I solely rely on clients showing up to their scheduled appointments to pay for my way of life and be able to continue provided services. 🫶🏼
